MERA050 - Failed to Read the Meraki Organization

Agent error code #MERA050 indicates the agent could not read the configured Meraki organisation.

Common causes include:

• The Organisation ID is incorrect
• The API key lacks access to the organisation (see #MERA002)

Steps to Resolve

1. In the Meraki Dashboard, confirm the Organisation ID (visible in the Dashboard URL and under Organisation settings)
2. Update the Organisation ID in the Knocknoc backend configuration
