MERA050 - Failed to Read the Meraki Organization

Agent error code #MERA050 indicates the agent could not read the configured Meraki organization.

Common causes include:

  • The Organization ID is incorrect
  • The API key lacks access to the organization (see #MERA002)

Steps to Resolve

  1. In the Meraki Dashboard, confirm the Organization ID (visible in the Dashboard URL and under Organization settings)
  2. Update the Organization ID in the Knocknoc backend configuration
