MERA002 - Meraki Authorization Failed

Agent error code #MERA002 indicates the API key authenticated successfully but is not authorisedauthorized to access the configured organisationorganization (HTTP 403), or the organisationorganization could not be accessed with this key.

Common causes include:

• The administrator behind the API key does not have access to the configured organisationorganization
• The OrganisationOrganization ID in the backend configuration belongs to a different organisationorganization

Steps to Resolve

1. In the Meraki Dashboard, confirm the administrator behind the API key has access to the target organisationorganization
2. Verify the OrganisationOrganization ID in the Knocknoc backend configuration matches the organisationorganization containing your policy object group
