MERA002 - Meraki Authorization Failed

Agent error code #MERA002 indicates the API key authenticated successfully but is not authorized to access the configured organization (HTTP 403), or the organization could not be accessed with this key.

Common causes include:

• The administrator behind the API key does not have access to the configured organization
• The Organization ID in the backend configuration belongs to a different organization

Steps to Resolve

1. In the Meraki Dashboard, confirm the administrator behind the API key has access to the target organization
2. Verify the Organization ID in the Knocknoc backend configuration matches the organization containing your policy object group
