MERA002 - Meraki Authorization Failed

Agent error code #MERA002 indicates the API key authenticated successfully but is not authorised to access the configured organisation (HTTP 403), or the organisation could not be accessed with this key.

Common causes include:

• The administrator behind the API key does not have access to the configured organisation
• The Organisation ID in the backend configuration belongs to a different organisation

Steps to Resolve

1. In the Meraki Dashboard, confirm the administrator behind the API key has access to the target organisation
2. Verify the Organisation ID in the Knocknoc backend configuration matches the organisation containing your policy object group
