FSTL101 - Fastly ACL Not Found

Agent error code #FSTL101 indicates no ACL with the configured name exists on the service's active version.

Knocknoc looks the ACL up by name on every fresh resolve, so this also fires when an ACL was deleted and its replacement was never activated.

Common causes include:

  • The ACL name has a typo, or names an ACL on a draft version that was never activated
  • The ACL was deleted from the service
  • The Knoc points at the wrong service

Steps to Resolve

  1. In the Fastly control panel, open the service's active version and find the ACL under Data > ACLs
  2. Copy its name into the Knoc's ACL name field and save
  3. If you created the ACL on a draft version, activate that version
  4. Run Validate connection: it lists the ACL names it found on the active version
