MERA003 - Meraki Dashboard TLS/SSL Certificate Error

Agent error code #MERA003 indicates a TLS/SSL certificate error while connecting to the Meraki Dashboard.

Common causes include:

• A TLS-intercepting proxy on the agent host presents a certificate the agent does not trust
• The agent host's trusted CA store is out of date

Steps to Resolve

1. Ensure the agent host trusts the certificate chain presented for the Dashboard host
2. If a TLS-intercepting proxy is in use, add its CA to the host trust store
3. Only as a last resort in a controlled environment, the backend's Skip TLS verification option disables verification
