299004 - Agent Does Not Support This Backend Type

Agent error code #299004 occurs when a knoc is assigned to an agent whose build does not include that knoc's backend type. Only this knoc is affected. Other knocs on the agent keep working.

Steps to Resolve

Upgrade the Agent

The agent usually predates the backend type. Upgrade it and the knoc applies on the next reconnect. The agent's detail page in the admin portal lists the backend types its build supports.

Or Move the Knoc to Another Agent

If this host cannot serve the type, reassign the knoc's integration to an agent that can. The knoc's configuration and grant history are kept.
