MIKRO103 - MikroTik Source Network Cannot Be Written As An Address
Agent error code #MIKRO103 indicates that the knoc's predefined source is an IPv4 address written inside an IPv6 one (for example ::ffff:10.0.0.0) carrying a mask narrower than the embedded IPv4 range.
A mask on that form is measured against 128 bits, so there is no IPv4 prefix length to convert it to. The agent refuses the grant rather than widening the mask, which would add an address-list entry covering far more than the knoc asked for.
Steps to Resolve
Write The Source As An IPv4 Network
- In the Knocknoc admin portal, open the knoc and find Grant access to > predefined IPs
- Replace the source with plain IPv4 notation:
10.0.0.0/24, not::ffff:10.0.0.0/104 - Save the knoc and retry the grant
A single IPv4 address needs no mask at all. The form fills in /32 for you when you tab out of the field.
Check For An IPv6 Source Written By Mistake
If the intended source really is an IPv6 network, write it in native IPv6 form (2001:db8::/64) rather than as an IPv4-mapped address. RouterOS keeps IPv4 and IPv6 address-list entries under separate endpoints, and the agent picks the endpoint from the address family it parses.
