MERA102 - Meraki Policy Object Group Not Found

Agent error code #MERA102 indicates the configured policy object group could not be found (HTTP 404).

Common causes include:

  • The Policy Object Group ID is incorrect
  • The group was deleted in the Meraki Dashboard

Steps to Resolve

  1. In the Meraki Dashboard, go to Organization > Policy Objects and locate the group
  2. Copy its ID and set it as the Policy Object Group ID in the ACL configuration
  3. Reference the group as GRP(id) in a firewall rule so it gates traffic
