FSTL150 - Failed to Create the Fastly ACL Entry

Agent error code #FSTL150 indicates Fastly refused to add the entry for a granted address, so the user has not been allowed through.

An address the ACL already holds is not an error: Knocknoc treats a duplicate as a successful grant. A full ACL reports #FSTL153 instead.

Common causes include:

• The token can read the service but cannot write ACL entries (see #FSTL002)
• The ACL was deleted between the lookup and the write (see #FSTL101)
• A transient API failure

Steps to Resolve

1. Confirm the API token has write access to the service
2. Confirm the ACL still exists on the service's active version
3. Once the cause is fixed, have the user request access again. A grant that fails on its first attempt is reported as failed and is not re-applied on its own
