CFL052 - List Update Did Not Complete in Time

Uploading...Agent error code #CFL052 indicates that Cloudflare accepted the list update but had not finished applying it within the time Knocknoc waits.

Cloudflare applies list updates in the background rather than as part of the request, so Knocknoc waits for it to report the update as complete. This code means the update was still pending when that wait ran out.

Steps to Resolve

Check Whether the Change Landed Anyway

The operation may have completed just after the agent stopped waiting.

In the Cloudflare dashboard, go to Manage Account > Configurations > Lists Open the list and look for the address from the grant If it is present, the update did land and Knocknoc will agree the next time it checks

Check the Cloudflare Status Page

Sustained slowness on list operations is usually visible as a service incident.

Retry the Grant

Knocknoc stops waiting after a bounded period rather than holding the grant open indefinitely. Once Cloudflare is applying updates normally, retry the grant from the Knocknoc admin interface.

Reduce Batch Size Where You Can

A knoc granting a very large number of addresses at once produces a bigger operation for Cloudflare to process. Where several knocs share one list, consider whether they can be spread across separate lists.
