CFL051 - Cloudflare Rejected the List Update

Uploading...Agent error code #CFL051 indicates that Cloudflare accepted the bulk operation and then reported it as failed. The request was well-formed enough to be queued, and the work itself did not complete.

Common causes include:

The list reached its maximum number of items An item in the batch was not a form the list accepts The list was deleted or replaced while the operation was in flight Cloudflare rejected the operation for an account-level reason such as a plan limit

Steps to Resolve

Check the List Size Against Its Limit

In the Cloudflare dashboard, go to Manage Account > Configurations > Lists Open the list used by Knocknoc and note its item count Compare that against the limit for your Cloudflare plan If it is full, remove stale entries or move to a plan with a higher limit

Confirm the List Still Exists

If the list was deleted and recreated, its ID changed. A knoc configured with the old List ID keeps addressing a list that is gone. See #CFL101 for a list that cannot be found at all.

Confirm the List Kind

Knocknoc writes IP entries. A list created with a different kind, such as ASN or hostname, rejects them.

Open the list in the dashboard Confirm its type is IP

Check the Agent Log

The full Cloudflare response, including the reason it gave, is written to the agent log and never to this message. Inspect the log entry recorded with the failed operation.
