299009 - The Blocked Address List Server Answered With an Error

Agent error code #299009 means the agent fetching one of your blocked address lists reached the list's server, and the server refused the request. The card shows the status it answered with, for example 403 Forbidden or 404 Not Found. The addresses from the last successful fetch keep blocking.

Steps to Resolve

401 or 403

The list needs a token, or the one saved is wrong or has expired. Edit the list and paste the current token. Knocknoc sends it as a bearer token (Authorization: Bearer ...). A list that takes its key another way, as a query parameter for example, needs the key in the address instead.

404

The list is not at that address. Check the address with whoever publishes the list.

429 or 5xx

The list's server is busy or failing. Nothing needs changing in Knocknoc: the agent tries again at the next scheduled check, at most once an hour.
