299007 - Agent Is Too Old to Grant a Network

Agent error code #299007 occurs when a knoc's predefined source is a network, such as 192.168.100.48/29, and the agent serving the knoc is too old to grant one.

An older agent would grant only the network's first address while reporting the whole network granted, so the server refuses the grant instead of sending it. Single-address sources on the same agent are unaffected, and revoking still works.

Steps to Resolve

Upgrade the Agent

Upgrade the agent. The refused grant applies when the agent reconnects.

Use Single Addresses

If the agent cannot be upgraded yet, list the addresses that need access as single addresses instead of a network.
