Steps to Resolve

Verify the Username Matches

  1. In the Knocknoc admin interface, check the username assigned to the user for this Knoc

  3. The Knocknoc username must match the FortiManager Administrator username exactly, including case
  4. If there is a mismatch, update the Knocknoc username to match

Verify the Admin User Exists on FortiManager

  1. Log into FortiManager and navigate to System Settings > Administrators
  2. Confirm the administrator account exists and is visible in the list
  3. If the account was recently deleted or renamed, recreate it or update the Knocknoc username to match the new name

  2. Ensure the username does not contain leading or trailing whitespace
  3. Verify the username in Knocknoc is entered without any extra characters
